Effective September 1, 2024, the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) requires all caregivers to use Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) to document in-home or community-based services. For additional details, please refer to the Minnesota DHS EVV compliance policy.

Zion Home Care PC uses the RevivingCare EVV app, which works on smartphones, tablets, and computers.
For Reviving Care EVV App Support contact Reviving Care Support at: 877-384-8464.
